Clifton Dennis Creamer, 77, passed away at his home in Evergreen, CO, February 7, 2024, from heart failure. He and his wife Brenda have been residents in the Evergreen community since 1985.

Dennis spent his entire 38-year career in the oil and gas industry, first being employed as chemist in Ponca City, OK by Continental Oil Company in 1968. There he met his future wife Brenda who also worked for Conoco. In 1974 Dennis was transferred to Conoco's Commerce City, CO refinery where he held numerous positions over the years. Upon his retirement, he received an Honorary Proclamation from former Colorado Governor Bill Owens proclaiming July 17, 2006,         Dennis Creamer Day" and citing many of Dennis’ achievements during his career. many technical climbing and hiking adventures with them over the years. His former co-workers and buddies from Oklahoma Jim Rosenow and Jim Houtz and he hiked the Continental Divide from Colorado into Canada during the summers. When at last his knees failed and he could no longer run, he took up walking his Evergreen neighborhood and trails on two knee replacements until shortly before his death.

Born September 23, 1946, in Kansas to parents Clifton Daniel and Pauline E. Creamer, he is survived by two brothers, Robert Charles of Michigan and David of Kansas. He and his loving wife Brenda celebrated 55 years of marriage in January 2024.
