Emily E. Kanagy

1991 - 2022

Emily was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, teacher and friend. 

 She is survived by daughter Charlotte, brother Ryan, mother Diane, and father Don. She graduated in 2010 from Evergreen High School,  

where she was a member of EHS Band Color Guard. 

 Emily attended Red Rocks Community College where she earned her Early Childhood Teaching Certification and was passionate about teaching young children. She had recently begun teaching at Episcopal Day School in Evergreen. EDSE has set up a GoFundMe page in Emily’s honor to help her mother, Diane,  

 to cover expenses. She loved teaching Sunday School and making jewelry.  

   She will be buried at Evergreen Memorial Park.
