In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Stephen Lines

Jeffrey Stephen Lines, 62, passed away on July 16, 2026, after a courageous year-long battle with CNS lymphoma. Though cancer ultimately claimed his life, it never took away his spirit, his humor, or the deep love he had for his family and friends.Jeff was the beloved husband of Cheri, devoted father to Bryce (Leigha) and Brittany (Vince), proud Papa to Kinsley and Lane, and cherished son of Jean. His family was the center of his world, and nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with them—especially his grandchildren, who brought an unmistakable smile to his face every time they were together. Jeff worked as a Natural Gas Scheduler for United Energy Trading, where he built lasting friendships and earned the respect of those who worked alongside him. No matter where he was, Jeff never met a stranger. He had a way of making people feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. His contagious laugh, quick wit, and warm personality left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.

When he wasn't working, you could usually find him exactly where he was happiest—on the lake with a fishing pole in hand, a margarita nearby, and surrounded by the people he loved most. He found joy in life's simple moments, and he taught those around him to slow down, laugh often, and appreciate time together. Over the past year, Jeff faced his illness with incredible courage and determination. Even through the hardest days, he continued to think of others first, reminding everyone around him what true strength and resilience looked like. The hole his passing leaves in our hearts can never be filled, but his legacy will live on in every fishing trip, every sunset on the lake, every shared margarita, every laugh that echoes a little too loudly, and in the love he poured into his family.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported Jeff throughout his journey and asks for continued prayers for Cheri and the entire family as they navigate this profound loss.
