In Loving Memory of Leonor McCall-Rodriguez

It is with great pleasure that we celebrate the life of Leonor McCall-Rodriguez, our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, coworker, leader, and friend. Leonor left us with joy in her heart for a fantastic life, despite a 4-year battle with cancer.

Leonor stood out among women, both personally and professionally. She was a strong, outspoken and independent woman with brains, drive, and heart. She was a tireless executive, a lifelong learner, an advocate for worthy causes, a fully bilingual (English/Español) writer and speaker, business owner, business award winner, veteran traveler, board member for several nonprofits, and mentor. She was the quintessential networker who made friends very easily, collaborated with colleagues quickly, and always kept up with all of them, back to her elementary school days. She was warm, joyful, and undaunted.

Leonor was born in Chicago in 1958 to loving parents who gave her many opportunities to flourish – and she did. In 1971 they moved to Mexico city, where she completed secondary school and went on to earn a bachelors degree in Economics and an MBA. She became a marketing and promotions guru, rising to her first executive position at the age of 24, had positions in the C-suite of Fortune 100 companies, and started several businesses. After returning to the U.S. in 1999 she earned a masters degree in Healthcare Administration, worked in the health insurance industry, and started several U.S.-based businesses. She spent her final career years in the nonprofit industry, advocating for the underserved.

Leonor was loved and is survived by her husband Dean McCall; step-children Samantha McCall and Christopher McCall; mother Dolores Leonor Jimenez de Rodriguez; brother Angelo Rodriguez; a huge family of aunts and uncles (tias y tios), cousins (primas y primos), nieces and nephews (sobrinas y sobrinos) and thousands of friends, amigas, and amigos.

A celebration of Leonor’s life will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm, at The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park, 26624 N. Turkey Creek Rd., Evergreen, CO 80439.
