Mary Gretchen (Juffer) Geist

Gretchen Geist, age 72 of Bailey, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 24, 2021 at home. She was born March 3, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska, daughter of Ted and Addie Juffer. Gretchen was a member of the Shepherd of the Rockies Lutheran Church in Bailey, and was a life-long elementary art teacher in Fort Morgan, Colorado where she retired. She enjoyed reading, travelling, art history, crafts, knitting, watercolor paining and seeing her grandchildren. Any donations in her honor may be made to the Shepard of the Rockies church mission programs.
