Pamela Chapman Morrone, born on December 9, 1958, a woman of vibrancy and verve, passed away on May 22, 2026. A woman defined by her love for family, Pamela's absence will reverberate in the lives of many.
Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Harold Conwell, who stood by her side through life's every ebb and flow. Their blended family includes her devoted daughters, Shannon Morrone and Gemini Conwell, and her caring step-son Judah Conwell. Pamela's zest for life was always mirrored in the sparkling eyes of her grandchildren, Angel and Anthony Ibarra, Alyssa Morrone, and Lariyah Thomas. In the twilight of her life, Pamela was graced with the addition of a great-grandchild on September 17, 2024, whose presence brought her immense joy.
She is predeceased by her mother, Eunice Chapman, her sister, Vicki Pickett, and her brother, Robert Chapman. Their memories have always held a special place in Pamela's heart.
Known for her fun and unpredictable personality, Pamela possessed an infectious spirit that would light up any room she entered. Her favorite tunes, "Tennessee Whiskey" by Chris Stapleton, "Brown Eyed Girl", and "My Girl" will echo in the memories of all whose lives she touched. She found solace in the classic movie, Gone with the Wind, and was deeply drawn to the mesmerizing serenity of the ocean. Her love for colors was unique, finding beauty in the rich hues of burgundy and green.
Her legacy, as defined by her loved ones, is "Everything about her". Her greatest accomplishments included triumphing as a single mother and profoundly loving her family. The impact of her life and lessons will continue to guide those she leaves behind. "Just life" she would often say, emphasizing the importance of living in every moment.
A loving parent, a nurturing grandmother, a cherished great-grandmother, Pamela was indeed the glue that held her family together. "My mother was a beautiful, fun, loving, and the best parent, grandmother and great-grandmother a person could ever have. She lived life to the fullest. She was an amazing woman. I love you, mom," her daughter recalls fondly.
Pamela Chapman Morrone's absence will be deeply felt, but her spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her in return.
