Terrence (Terry) Lester Erwin passed away on New Year’s Eve, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts on August 30, 1946.
Terry attended Boston College on a scholarship, where he was a football standout, earning multiple Academic Athlete awards. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos and played running back between 1968 and 1970. He continued his support of the Bronco Alumni organization until his death.
Terry had a vibrant personality and had many friends from coast to coast. Throughout his life he spent the majority of his time working in real estate, with emphasis in commercial real estate, resort property sales and development. In his free time, he enjoyed skiing, reading, travel and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Michelle Rogers (CO), Kimberly Erwin (UT), Justin Erwin (CO), Jack Erwin (CO), Maile Tillman (CO) and Oliver Bourne (CO) and 8 grandchildren. He will be missed.
